You have tried everything, being perfect, aligning with every new trending somatic practice, you hear about the last practice that is trending, and you try to mimic this into stability.
Yet homeostasis sits on an energetic level, your soul imprint can not be forced it unlocks when going into the shame and trauma that sits at the root, unacknowledged. Our shared story..
I didn’t know it at the time yet when my mother passed a cold winter morning, it did not simply cracked me open, my whole life unraveled with it. I became a vessel that was ready, empty for the earth beneath me held no more stability, it didn’t make sense to continue the way I was living and I simply had to surrender to that which was greater than me.
Have you ever lived a reality, a life designed so perfectly, yet secretly you know its not what you need, you dream and feel something else is tugging at you, yet you can’t fully put your finger on what this feeling is. It is so much more than what you think, for me it was not only quenching a need, it was releasing stored trauma and stories that had held me hostage for many years. That is literally how I felt, living in a story of someone else’s wishes for me, held hostage as in a prison I did not know how to get out of. It became depressing and I had high levels of anxiety. Yet this is just the first sign how much of misalignment I was in.
It is harder to keep all locked in, living in a facade of a house being the prisoner inside of it. Than having a space where you can be seen, understood, held in a loving way, allowing this story that goes on repeat on who you are or are supposed to be. Unravel. And that might be the most scary yet liberating thing you will ever do. It will take courage, it will cost you the life you have been living and the walls you have been hiding behind.
Life is meant to be a light house and living in the shade of it, keeps you scared, and on the other side of this is what unbeknownst to you, is who you truly are and what you will become.
And this is the journey I have taken, jumping timelines and becoming the woman I am today. And if I could do it again, I would, because in the process of living my dream life as the woman I always wanted to become. I no longer feel heavy, ashamed or alone in the confinement of a story I no longer identify with. I came undone and it saved me.

I am a single parent of two kids living in south western France. I have initiated into the path of the rose, as a priestess and mother. I hold codes for women who want to transform their lives from pain to presence, from being hard on yourself and in overwhelm into self love and a life you want to fall in love with.

I will help you see your own limitations and the ways in which you have held yourself back and activate the clarity, your voice and how to move past these said limitations to walk the path that was meant for you.

End of September I am holding a retreat along the sandy coast of the atlantic. And I do bespoke one on one retreats upon request.

All the women that come to me they are all in different cross roads, life sityations where they sense they cannot carry on the way they did. I help them master their own transformation and connection to themselves before anything else, I help them transform matters in their lives that normally would go on for years. Because we go to the core of the matter and not around it, it’s held in integrity but with devotion we move out of hardship. Into a self holding, self responsible steps towards our own reclaiming the woman we always knew ourselves to be.
